Strawberry Spinach Salad

001This is a really easy and quite nutritious way to get some vitamins and quite tasty too !

1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1 package of baby or regular leaf spinach
1 package or cello container strawberries

Method

Rinse and drain, and dry spinach, tear into small bite size pieces.

Cut strawberries into halves or quarters depending on what you prefer

Mix all other ingredients together and shake well with lid firmly attached (otherwise it will take you FOREVER to clean)

Pour dressing over spinach, toss well and add strawberries and enjoy!

  1. TY LOL I try to post the ones that I have already tested myself and like, or have eaten them somewhere else. I like to make things from scratch because most or a lot of the food you buy in the stores today are so laid with chemicals and additives that sometimes you are not sure exactly what you are getting.

These are easy to make and serve as well, don’t take a whole lot of time either. I’ll be posting my pasta that my son loves next saturday stay tuned !
